Subscriptions are sold and invoiced by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles VAT, sales tax and GST in your jurisdiction and issues a tax-compliant invoice. Depending on your country, that tax is either included in the prices above or added at checkout — your exact total is always shown before payment. You can cancel any time from your customer portal.

Frequently asked
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancellation is one click from your customer portal. You keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for; no further charges occur.
How is VAT or sales tax handled?
Paddle, our Merchant of Record, applies the rate in force in your jurisdiction (EU VAT, UK VAT, US sales tax, GST, etc.). Whether that tax is contained in the listed price or added on top depends on your country: where local law requires displayed prices to be final — the EU, the UK, Switzerland and most other jurisdictions — the listed price is what you pay. In the United States, Canada and a few others, tax is added at checkout and your total will be higher than the listed price. The exact total is always shown before you confirm payment. EU businesses can enter a valid VAT ID at checkout: reverse-charge rules then apply, the VAT drops out of the total, and you pay less than the listed price.
Do I get a tax-compliant invoice?
Yes. After each successful payment, Paddle issues a downloadable invoice with all the tax details required for your jurisdiction. You can retrieve every past invoice from your customer portal at any time.
Can my whole team have access?
The Standard, Professional and Premium plans are individual subscriptions tied to a single user. For department-wide deployments — multiple seats, SSO, custom onboarding or a negotiated SLA — talk to us about the Enterprise arrangement.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) in any currency supported by Paddle. Enterprise plans are also available via invoice and bank transfer.
How current is the case law?
New judgments are typically available in the platform within 24–48 hours of their official publication by each tribunal. We track and ingest publication events multiple times per day.
Is this legal advice?
No. IAT Search is an AI-assisted research tool. The synthesized answers and doctrinal analyses are not legal advice and should not be relied upon as such. Users are responsible for verifying every citation against the source judgment before acting on it.
How do you handle my data?
Your account data, query history and saved cases are stored on EU infrastructure and never used to train any third-party model. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
Looking after a whole legal department?
If you need multiple seats, single sign-on, a negotiated SLA or invoice-based billing, we will tailor an Enterprise arrangement to your organization.
